TSAA's 2019 Annual NSW Camp.

Location: Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation Centre, Myuna Bay  NSW 2264.

Book early to confirm your place to secure a subsidised camp ticket. (TSAA membership is mandatory to attend for insurance purposes).

All bookings require a non refundable fee of

$ 100 for up to 2 people attending

$ 200 for up 3–4 people attending

$ 300 for 5–7 people attending to confirm your place.

This will be the only cost to attend the camp for TSAA members.

Important for cabin allocation. Once booked, email info@tourette.org.au and supply the following details.

2. Ages next to names of all children to attend the camp

Please note bookings are on a first-come basis. They will be numbered as we receive them and allocated accommodation in that order.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
You and your child/children are about to attend a Sport and Recreation camp at Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation Centre organised through Tourette Syndrome Association of Australia. Prior to the camp all attendees must complete a Medical and Consent Form.

The information that Sport and Recreation needs includes:

- medical conditions
- food related allergies
- special diets
- medication
- emergency contact details.

Sport and Recreation needs you to complete this form for yourself and on behalf of your child. The form is available online and is easy to complete. Once you submit the form it is sent directly to the Centre so the staff can prepare for your visit.

If anaphylaxis and/or asthma is diagnosed by a doctor, you MUST provide a doctor-certified action plan to TSAA (info@tourette.org.au) 6 weeks prior to camp.

Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation Centre

Arrival is after 5pm Friday 4th May 2018 and departure by 3pm Sunday 6th May 2018. See camp details below. Friday dinner is at 6pm.

Public transport
There is no public transport to and from Myuna Bay. However, individuals can catch a train on the Newcastle and Central Coast line to either Dora Creek Station or Morisset Station and then catch a local taxi to the Centre.
