Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the TSAA

Dear member,

This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of the TSAA. The details of this meeting are as follows: 

 Date:12 October 2023
 Time:7.30pm - 9.30pm AEDT
 Place:Online
Note: Members must register their attendance via the TSAA website to receive their Zoom webinar link for the AGM.





Attached are:

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to: 

  • hear from our guest speaker Dr. Shannon Morton, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist,
  • find out about the TSAA’s operations and finances,
  • ask questions about the operations and finances of the TSAA,
  • speak about any items on the agenda, and
  • vote on proposed resolutions.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
  • accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting,
  • accept the annual report,
  • accept the auditor’s report,
  • accept the annual financial statements,
  • appoint and pay an auditor,
  • elect committee members, and
  • change the TSAA constitution (via a special resolution).
The following special resolution will be proposed at the annual general meeting:
  • Changes to the TSAA Constitution

The AGM will be held online, using Zoom. Members must register their attendance via the TSAA website to receive their Zoom webinar link for the AGM.

Members who are unable to attend and wish to have their apology recorded in the minutes, can do so by contacting the Secretary.

Members that wish to nominate for a Committee position must be over 18 years of age and have a valid member ID number in their name, and must nominate using the nomination form on the TSAA website, returning it to the Secretary no later than 4 October 2023.
